DJ Letting is affiliated to the Tenant Profile Network (TPN).

 

  • The Tenant’s credit history is updated on a monthly basis.

  • The deposit is held in a interest bering 32 day account.  The interest is based on the rate specified by the bank here the account is housed.  The interest on teh deposit is refundable to the tenant.  The deposit is refundable as per the Rental Housing Tribunal.

  • Maintenance & repairs which are covered by the landlord and/or the insurance are to be arranged by DJ Letting.

  • Lease is CPA compliant.
