We provide the following services:

Monthly Management

We do FREE rental valuation on your property;

We advertise your rental property on the Internet, Property24 & Rent Bay;

We do reference and ITC credit checks on prospective Tenants;

We inspect the property prior to occupation;

We do ongoing inspections. We inspect the property once the Lease expires;

We collect the rental and deposit same into your banking account;

We pay levies or municipal rates where instructed;

We collect monthly services from the Tenant and pay to the municipality;

We organize carpet cleaning and valet services (if necessary) once the Tenant has vacated;

Should the Lease contract be broken, we endeavour to find new Tenants as soon as possible and will advertise at our cost;

We provide Annual Rental Statements at the tax year-end and monthly statements on request;

We contact the Lessor and Lessee two months prior to the Lease expiry to check on increases, renewals, etc.;

Whilst we do use maintenance contractors to quote and repair maintenance issues as a service to the.

Lessor, we cannot accept liability for work done or such services provided.
